1. The service
R.a.c.e. provides race-related analytics, lists, and related information tools. Content is for informational purposes. It is not personalised investment, gambling, or betting advice, and does not guarantee outcomes.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
- Do not redistribute our proprietary content except as the product expressly allows.
4. Betting and risk
If you place bets or wagers with third parties, you do so at your own risk and under those third parties’ terms. We are not a bookmaker and are not responsible for betting losses, account restrictions by third parties, or decisions you make using the information we show.
5. Paid features
Optional paid features (such as Gold) may be offered subject to the pricing and terms shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the service, branding, and content. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from betting decisions, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.
